In-Store Purchase Return Policy

  • General Returns
    We offer 30 day returns on most items for store credit only. Only new and un-opened products may be returned for a full refund.
  • 30 Day Defect Guarantee
    Defective used items can be returned with your original receipt within 30 days in exchange for the same item (if available) or for store credit only. Items must be returned in the condition in which you received them. Items damaged after purchase or items returned that were not purchased through our store are not eligible for a return.
  • New Products Return Policy
    New un-opened products can be returned with your original receipt within 30 days for a full refund of the item less shipping fees. Defective new products can only be exchanged for the same product. If no replacement is available, we will only issue a store credit.
  • Special Order or Final Sale Items
    Special order items, items marked as "Final Sale", items otherwise sold "As-Is", or Gift Cards are not eligible for return under any circumstance. These sales are final.
  • Discounts to Original Purchase
    If a discount was applied to your purchase, any refund/store credit given will reflect the amount you paid after the discount was applied.
  • Digital Codes for Downloadable Content
    We do not guarantee DLC codes with games as a general policy. But in some cases, working DLC codes may be included with a slight price increase over the base-game price. If a game includes working DLC, it will be specifically stated on the product page. We do not offer returns of any kind on DLC codes. If the game you're returning as defective included a working DLC code, any refund/store credit given will be for the standard base-game price only.
  • Exceptions
    Some items may not be eligible for a return for reason beyond the scope of what has already been explained. When an item is not eligible for a return we will contact you via email and explain the reason for the decision. We reserve the right to refuse any return for any reason.
  • Return Policy Abuse
    If we suspect a fraudulent return (swapped game) or any other form of return/refund policy abuse, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

Expect 1-2 business days for processing. Defective new products can only be exchanged for the same product. If no replacement is available, we will only issue a store credit.
  • Return Shipping Costs
    If you received free shipping with your initial order, you are responsible for any return shipping costs. If a refund/store credit is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted from that amount. If you paid for shipping with your order, we will provide a return label at no additional cost to you.
  • Special Order or Final Sale Items

    Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Where to Return Your Items
    If your return is accepted, securely package and send your items to the address listed below. After we receive and inspect your returned items, we will issue the applicable refund/store credit amount for each returned item. Returns need to be sent to the following address:

Shipping Policies

  • Free Shipping
    We offer free ground shipping for orders totaling $30 or more after any discounts and before any shipping charges or taxes are applied.
  • Shipping Time
    Your order will ship the same day (or next business day for weekend or holiday orders). We are not responsible for delays in shipping once the item has been handed off to the carrier. Understand that holiday closures and weekends may add additional time to your shipment.
  • Large Orders or Special Situations
    Orders over $200, orders with special delivery instructions, deliveries to apartments or other exceptions may require a signature upon delivery.
  • Damaged in Shipping
    Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged during shipping or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • Non-Delivery or Incorrect Information Restocking Fee
    We charge a 10% restocking fee on orders that are returned to us for reasons such as incorrect address/apt. number, no one signs for delivery or picks up the  item from the post office, etc.
